2006年10月、vocal & harpのMIZKIを中心に結成。
横浜（関内・桜木町・本牧）のライブハウス、ライブ・バーを中心に精力的に活動中。
BLUES、ROCKを基調に、SOUL、FUNKの要素も織り交ぜた楽曲を展開している。
